About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers who can connect with potential customers, understand their travel needs, and help them plan their holidays through Gogaga Holidays. The role involves both lead generation and sales coordination with the operations team to deliver customized holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from the provided database and identify prospects interested in holiday packages or vacation planning.
• Understand customer requirements (destination, budget, dates, preferences, etc.) and share details with the operations team.
• Coordinate with the operations team to get a customized itinerary prepared for the customer.
• Present and explain the itinerary to the customer, handle queries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain proper call logs, customer details, and follow-ups in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
• Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and data handling skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, travel sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
