Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales position at our Noida office. The Tele Sales Associate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting products or services, answering customer inquiries, and documenting customer information and feedback. The role also involves meeting sales targets, participating in training sessions, and continually improving product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proven Sales skills and experience
Ability to participate in Training sessions and adapt to new techniques
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively
Experience in the BPO or Telecom industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a benefit
