Job Title: Tele Sales & Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database.
• Promote and explain company products, services, or offers clearly.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
• Follow up with interested leads to close deals.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Confidence in handling phone conversations and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
