Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Achayapathira Foods products. Explain product details, offers, and promotions clearly to customers. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support and follow-up. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Any graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or related field). Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (experience in the food/FMCG industry is an advantage). Languages: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; English or Hindi is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
