Tele Sales- International Voice Process

The job involves making outbound international sales calls primarily targeting the Australia market. You will be required to engage in scripted and relationship-based selling, address customer concerns, and promote upselling and cross-selling. Maintaining CRM data accuracy, achieving sales targets, and fostering team engagement are key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in international outbound sales, preferably targeting the UK, US, or AU markets. Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral accent are essential. Experience with dialers is preferred, and being target-driven with strong conversation and persuasion skills is necessary. An interest in wine products would be an added advantage. It is mandatory for the candidate to reside within a 25 km radius of the office located in Faridabad, Haryana. The job is full-time and follows a US shift schedule.
