Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:

    • Make outbound calls to leads or customers to introduce and sell products or services.
    • Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, interest, and budget.
  • Sales Presentation:

    • Effectively present products or services over the phone.
    • Provide detailed information to address any customer questions or objections.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Track individual performance and report progress regularly.
  • Lead Generation:

    • Research and identify potential leads.
    • Follow up with leads through multiple channels to build a sales pipeline.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment conditions to close sales deals.
    • Finalize and process sales transactions.
  • Database Management:

    • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Market Insights:

    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.
    • Share successful sales strategies and help improve sales scripts.
  • Reporting:

    • Regularly update sales progress, metrics, and activities.
    • Report to management on sales performance and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to handle rejection and adapt to customer needs.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and target-driven.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
