Performance Marketing Set up Enquiry Management (Enrich, Prioritize, Assign, interact, follow-up, etc). To call an enquiry within 15 minutes and nurture it towards the respective business process. Drafting & reviewing scripts for calling that explain Prices, EMIs, and run score-based checks. Make outbound calls daily and maintain daily calling reports. Categorize calls for tracking & follow-ups - Priority 1 / Hot enquiry, Priority 2 / Cold enquiry, Lost enquiries.
