Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Outreach Executive (School partnership) position located in Noida, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with schools, promoting and selling the company's products and services nationwide, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves visits to schools, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campus Outreach:

  • Identify and engage with prospective schools and colleges to onboard them for ongoing programs
  • Conduct thorough research to map potential institutions, gather contact data, and maintain an updated database.
  • Source, verify, and segment leads for outreach campaigns via calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.

Sales Coordination & Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage daily outreach, conduct timely follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination from initial contact to workshop confirmation.
  • Maintain trackers for outreach, closures, and activity reports using Zoho, Excel, or internal dashboards.
  • Coordinate with the operations and field teams to ensure timely delivery of workshop material, stock, and event execution.
  • Build strong relationships with partner institutions, ensuring repeat collaborations and positive engagement feedback.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on outreach, conversions, and closures.
  • Support in data analysis to assess city-wise and region-wise performance.
  • Assist in post-workshop documentation, including data reports, photos, attendance sheets, and partner confirmations.

Mission Alignment:

  • Lead with professionalism and passion, contributing to impactful and successful programs across Indias educational institutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales target
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with educational institutions is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word; basic data management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
