Job Description – Sales & Outreach Executive Position: Sales & Outreach Executive Company: Nestico (Unit of SB Inframart) Location: Guwahati Salary: ₹25,000 per month Languages Required: Fluent in English, Hindi, Assamese About Nestico: Nestico is a makeshift on-site store that supplies all essential interior raw materials — plywood, fevicol, hardware, electricals, false ceiling — right inside large apartment sites. We help homeowners and contractors get what they need daily, with no transport cost and no bulk buying hassle. Role & Responsibilities: Explain our services clearly to homeowners, contractors, and society committees via cold calls Distribute flyers, standees, and marketing material at sites as needed. Handle basic customer queries on-site or via WhatsApp. Follow up on leads and share quotations if required. Keep daily records of visits, leads, calls, and deals closed. Coordinate with the operations team to plan site launches. Key Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese. Confident, friendly, and persuasive. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/outreach preferred (interior, building materials, or real estate sales is a plus). Good at building and maintaining local contacts. Comfortable with on-ground field work & daily site visits. Basic WhatsApp & phone usage for follow-ups and client handling. Benefits: Fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month. Mobile allowance for outreach.
