Sales & Outreach Executive

About Us:

We’re a growing personal branding and marketing agency working with creators, founders, and startups. We’re looking for someone confident, persuasive, and hungry to grow — someone who can take charge of outreach through cold calls, DMs, and emails, and convert leads into meetings and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads
• Send well-written DMs and emails to pitch our services and follow up
• Understand client needs and pitch the right service offerings
• Maintain CRM records and update call logs/follow-ups regularly
• Assist the team in closing deals by qualifying leads and setting up calls
• Work closely with the founder and team to optimize sales scripts and outreach strategies
• Meet weekly outreach and conversion targets
• Follow a structured process, but bring your own flair to conversations

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of sales or telecalling experience (agency or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication skills – fluent in English and Hindi
• Confident and natural on phone calls and messages
• Good written skills for emails and DMs
• Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email outreach
• Basic understanding of marketing or branding is a plus
