Make
150+ outbound calls every day
to potential buyers and leads.
Explain project details, answer client queries, and build interest in the property.
Schedule and coordinate
20 to 25 site visits per week
.
Maintain and update lead records using
Excel
(experience required).
Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into site visits and sales.
Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with clients.
Work closely with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support closure.
