Job Description

Job Responsibilities B2B Sales Telecaller (CPL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.)

Make outbound calls to clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients to introduce CPL Diagnostics’ services and partnership opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Explain test packages, pricing, and special offers tailored for institutional and bulk clients.
Maintain a database of prospects and update records regularly in CRM or Excel sheets.
Schedule meetings for the field sales team with potential clients.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
Follow up with clients on proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Maintain professional and persuasive communication to build long-term business relationships.
Share market feedback and competitor information with the sales manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification:
Higher Secondary (with strong communication & persuasion skills)
Experience:
1–2 years in B2B telecalling / inside sales / corporate lead generation (Freshers with excellent communication may apply)
Location:
Kolkata
Excellent spoken Hindi, Bengali, and working English.
Confident in cold calling and handling objections.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to work in
day shifts
as per sales schedule.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
