Firstcry.com hiring Telesales Admission Counsellor at Pune location

Job Specification:

Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person meetings regarding admission processes, eligibility criteria, course selection, and career opportunities.
Follow up with potential leads generated via various sources (walk-ins, website, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students/leads to explain course details, eligibility, and admission process.
Counsel students and parents on available programs and guide them through the enrollment journey.
Maintain and update accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM or database.
Update correct lead dispositions (interested, not interested, follow-up, enrolled, etc.) in real-time.
Follow up on leads through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email as per the defined follow-up schedule.
Coordinate with multiple centers to track student applications, document submission, fee payments, and onboarding.
Achieve weekly/monthly admission and calling targets set by the management.
Share feedback with the marketing and operations teams on lead quality and campaign performance.
