Principal Responsibilities

• Conduct insightful teleconsultations to elucidate plan features, premium structures, and long-term value propositions tailored to client aspirations.
• Foster and sustain robust, trust-based relationships through proactive follow-ups, empathetic communication, and consultative selling techniques.
• Maintain impeccable documentation across all client interactions within the companys CRM framework.
• Exercise persuasive negotiation skills and demonstrate composure in handling objections, ensuring seamless closure of sales with client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders to align individual performance with organizational sales targets.
• Uphold company policies with utmost diligencespecifically pertaining to pricing integrity and discount governance.
