About the Role

Tele Relationship Manager (Tele RM)

you will play a pivotal role in managing and enabling Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) across

India. You will be responsible for deepening distributor relationships, driving AUM growth,

supporting onboarding, and enabling client advisory processes. You will serve as the primary

point of contact for MFDs, working closely with internal product, training, and product teams to

ensure distributor success.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Engagement & AUM Growth

• Manage a portfolio of active MFDs and drive mutual fund sales through them.
• Regularly engage with MFDs via calls and digital platforms to review business

performance and provide portfolio support.

• Work with MFDs to set and achieve monthly AUM targets.
• Ensure consistent activation and productivity across assigned distributors.

Onboarding & Training

• Assist in end-to-end onboarding of new MFDs – KYC checks, registration, platform

walkthrough.

• Educate and train MFDs on InsuranceDekho’s mutual fund platform, tools, and client

engagement processes.

• Drive certification compliance (NISM VA) for MFDs wherever needed.

Client Advisory Enablement

• Support MFDs with market insights, portfolio suggestions, and recommended funds (as

per company research).

• Ensure MFDs are equipped to guide their clients effectively – without offering direct

client advice.

• Collaborate with product and research teams to distribute marketing and advisory

content to MFDs.
