Tele Relationship Manager

Role Overview: At Scripbox, we are dedicated to simplifying investing and making it stress-free for everyone. As a Relationship Manager in the customer success team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to empower customers on their financial journey. Your focus will be on assisting self-serve customers with complex transactions and major investments, helping them strategize investment plans, educating them on financial best practices, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Be the go-to expert for complex transactions: Respond to inbound queries, guiding customers through high-value or complicated transactions within the Scripbox app. - Advise on major investments: Help customers with a sudden influx of cash by providing expert guidance on investing a large lump sum of money. - Strategize investment plans: Assist customers in building tailored investment plans, such as using Debt funds with a Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) into Equity funds. - Educate and empower: Educate customers on financial best practices to help them understand the rationale behind their investment decisions. - Collaborate and improve: Work with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and enhance the app experience, reducing the need for manual assistance. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. - Customer-First Mindset: Genuine interest in assisting people, with a talent for building trust and rapport quickly. - Strong Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of mutual funds, investment strategies, asset allocation, STPs, and long-term goal planning. Knowledge of other financial products like stocks and FDs is a plus. - Problem-Solving Skills: Creative thinker who can analyze unique customer situations and offer tailored solutions. - High Ownership: Takes full responsibility for the customer experience and is dedicated to ensuring their success.
