Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Recruiter position based in New Delhi. The Tele-Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates by conducting phone interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating interviews. The role also includes building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication, and providing updates throughout the recruitment process. The successful candidate will manage recruitment pipelines effectively and be a crucial part of building the company's workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in conducting phone interviews and managing recruitment pipelines
• Proficiency in database management and record-keeping
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
