Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Counseling:

• Initiate and receive calls from potential and existing clients to understand their specific needs, concerns, and aspirations related to our [products/services, e.g., educational courses, health programs, financial products].
• Provide comprehensive and accurate information about our offerings, explaining features, benefits, and the value proposition in a clear and compelling manner.
• Act as a trusted advisor, counseling clients on the best options available to them based on their individual requirements.
• Address client doubts, objections, and provide effective solutions to build confidence and trust.

• Lead Nurturing & Conversion:

• Follow up with leads generated from various channels (e.g., marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals).
• Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process, nurturing their interest until they are ready to [e.g., enroll, subscribe, make a purchase, attend a seminar].
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for client engagement, lead conversions, or successful enrollments/registrations.

• Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through consistent and supportive communication.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Accurately record all client interactions, details, and outcomes in the

  CRM system

  or designated database.
• Maintain detailed records of client profiles, communication history, and follow-up schedules.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on counseling activities, conversion rates, and client feedback to the team leader/manager.

• Product/Service Knowledge:

• Continuously update knowledge about our company's [products/services], industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance counseling skills and product expertise.
