Tele Calling Executive

Role Overview: As a Telecaller at our company, your primary responsibility will be to represent the company by answering phones and explaining our products and services to existing and prospective customers. You will be tasked with obtaining customer information, understanding customer specifications, and resolving queries related to our offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for making recordings of sales phone calls, processing product orders, and maintaining customer databases. Your role will also involve suggesting solutions based on customer needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Answer phones and explain products and services using company scripts - Contact existing and prospective customers - Obtain customer information and relevant data - Ask questions to understand customer specifications - Resolve queries and issues related to products and services - Record all sales phone calls and deals - Process product orders professionally - Maintain customer database regularly - Suggest solutions based on customer needs Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent - Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role in Sales - Professional certification in sales and marketing (advantageous) - Great interpersonal skills - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work in a team or individually - Ability to manage multiple tasks - Outstanding problem-solving skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Hard-working and good time management abilities - Strong decision-making skills Additional Details: Our company offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit for this full-time role.
