Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers for various banking services. Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and promptly. Meet daily collection targets and update the system accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
