We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to help us connect with businesses and drive sales. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses. Explain our eco-friendly products and their benefits. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales . Maintain customer databases and update records . Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills in [English, Tamil]. Previous experience in telecalling/telesales (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to explain products confidently and handle customer objections. Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and data entry . Self-motivated and goal-driven . Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products (a plus!).
