Tele Calling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, USA etc.), scheduling appointments, and converting inquiries into leads for our counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in immigration services.
• Explain basic eligibility criteria, visa pathways, and service offerings clearly (training will be provided).
• Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for senior immigration consultants.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversion.
• Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and follow-up details.
• Understand customer needs and guide them towards appropriate immigration programs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on client concerns and market trends.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding client information.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Experience in immigration consultancy, telecalling, or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication (English + regional languages as needed).
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple way.
• Basic knowledge of immigration processes (training will be given).
• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
