Job Description:
We're looking for a proactive Academic Counselor (Tele Caller) to join our team! You'll generate leads by calling potential students, introducing them to our aviation courses, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to generate interest in our aviation courses
- Provide detailed information about our courses and career opportunities
- Identify potential students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions
- Meet daily call targets and conversion goals
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales/admissions
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of aviation industry is a plus
