Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Contact potential students who are interested in learning IT skills, explain our courses, and help them choose the right program. Course Promotion: Provide basic information on our IT training courses (e.g., software development, networking, data science, etc.). Achieve Targets: Work towards daily and monthly targets by converting calls into enrollments. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with leads, answer their questions, and assist them in the registration process. Data Entry: Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments using the institute's CRM system. Team Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and achieve targets. Skills & Requirements: Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills with the ability to explain things clearly and confidently. Sales Interest: Basic interest in sales and achieving targets. Motivated to learn and grow in a sales role. No Experience Required: This role is open to freshers or candidates with limited experience in telecalling or sales. Positive Attitude: Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn new things. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and basic software like Microsoft Office or CRM tools (training will be provided).
