Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter who specializes in SAP roles. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional SAP professionals to support our growing projects. Your expertise will be key in identifying candidates who align with both technical requirements and cultural fit. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for SAP positions, including SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP BW, and more. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand SAP project needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical competencies and experience. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future SAP roles. Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes. Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a strong focus on SAP roles. In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and industry trends. Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. Experience with global recruitment practices. SAP certification or relevant technical background is a plus.
