Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the application process. Desired Candidate Profile 5-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Permanent Staffing industry. Strong understanding of technical skills required for different roles (e.g., software development, data science). Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective candidate engagement. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
