Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller located in Jaipur. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling customer inquiries, updating customer information in the database, and providing product and service information. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining a positive customer experience, and achieving monthly targets. Additionally, the Tele caller will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and data entry skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operations
• Ability to handle high volume of outbound calls and inbound inquiries
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Experience in the financial sector is an advantage
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmen
