Tele caller

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients/customers, maintaining relationships, and driving successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers for product, service, or event promotions.
• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales/registrations.
• Maintain and update the database with accurate client information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign execution.
• Provide feedback from clients/customers to improve services and offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
