Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and working professionals regarding international courses (US CPA, US CMA, EA, CIA, CFE, IFRS, etc.).
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about courses, fees, mentorship, and career opportunities.
Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure maximum conversion.
Build strong rapport with students and guide them towards suitable courses as per their background.
Share details about webinars, workshops, and mentorship sessions conducted by CA/CPA faculty.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the counseling and academic team for smooth communication with prospects.
