Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller, located in Chennai. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers, explaining services, answering queries, and converting inquiries into sales. Daily tasks will include maintaining call records, updating customer details, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques and customer handling skills
• Ability to maintain detailed call records and database management
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in local languages, as well as English, is preferred
