We are looking for an Experienced Tele Caller cum Mediclaim Processor for our hospital.

1st Part

Roles & Responsibilities as a Tele Caller

· Tele-calling.

· Responding to complaints from Doctors, Patients and give support when requested.

· Develop & maintain a strong relationship with doctors, doctor’s compounder, Blood collectors, Ambulance Driver and other Para Medical staff.

· Convince clients to use our services.

2nd part

Roles & Responsibilities of a Medicalim Processor

Communicating with insurance company and beneficiaries.

Preparing claim forms and related documentation.

Reviewing claim submissions and verifying the information.

Recording and maintaining insurance policy and claims information in a database system.

Performing other clerical tasks, as required.

Required Skills

At least 1 years of experience in a related role.

Computer literate.

Good administrative and organizational skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Local (who has previous experience in Reception & Tele calling work) candidate are preferred

Salary : Rs. 7000/- to 10000/-

(Salary will be finalized based on Experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
