**Job Description:** As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Answering calls and resolving queries about products - Lead conversion for pre-approved loan products - Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on products other than pre-approved loans - Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to the Sales group for closing the leads - Maintaining quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines - Reaching out to potential or existing clients to provide them with information about product descriptions, offers, and campaigns using pre-defined scripts - Obtaining customer feedback and addressing any queries or complaints You should have the following qualifications: - Graduation in any stream - Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field is preferred, but freshers may also apply - Age not exceeding 30 years **Location:** The location for this position is Ernakulam.,
