l Make outbound calls to farmers for building relation with them and to ensure smooth functioning of our products and collect data for assessing the performance of our products and services
l Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services
l Handle incoming enquiries professionally and convert leads into opportunities
l Maintain detailed call records and follow up regularly
l Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information
l Update data in MS Excel, the internal company systems, prepare reports and MIS related to the calls performance
l Minimum 3-4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service .
l Confident, polite, and patient with excellent listening skills
l Ability to quickly understand the company’s offerings and explain them clearly
l Graduate in any discipline
l Prior experience in an customer service or rural-facing organization/ agriculture is a plus
