Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele caller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our IT solutions, and generating business opportunities through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Understand client needs and provide relevant information about our IT solutions.
• Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain a database of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 22 per week
