Position Details:

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 4 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling / voice process

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into potential leads
Maintain call logs and lead records
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Have good communication and convincing skills to provide excellent customer service and build strong customer rapport
Basic computer knowledge
