- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about Frankfinn career-oriented courses.
- Understand student interests and guide them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with students to track their visit status and encourage participation.
- Communicate fluently in English and Hindi to ensure clarity and engagement across diverse student profiles.
- Accurately document call outcomes and update student records in the system.
- Build rapport with students to foster trust and enhance the overall counselling experience.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy.
Education: Min. 12th pass (result in hand)
Experience: Min. 6 months in Tele Sales
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
