Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves calling potential clients, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce company projects and explain property features, pricing, and benefits.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule and confirm site visits for interested clients with the sales team.
Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain records of daily calls and client interactions in CRM or Excel.
Handle client queries politely and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

Education:
Graduation preferred.
Experience:
0 to 2 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (real estate preferred, but
freshers are encouraged to apply
).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language] and Marathi/Hindi/English
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Pleasant and confident personality.
