Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing product/service information, maintaining customer records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Explain products or services clearly and answer customer questions.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
Follow up with interested leads to convert them into potential customers.
Maintain call logs, sales records, and reports for management review.
Achieve weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any Graduate.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Hindi, and regional language if required).
Good listening skills and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or lead management tools).
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
