Roles & Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across both Ubuntu/Linux and Windows environments. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Ubuntu & Windows) and related software. Provide support for basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc.).
