Designation: Debt Recovery Agent Telecaller As a Debt Recovery Agent (Telecaller), you will be responsible for contacting debtors via phone to negotiate repayment terms and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts. Your main objective will be to reduce debt amounts while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach. Job description: Contact debtors via phone to discuss overdue payments. Guiding the customers if they have any challenges to make the payments and resolving the customer queries with the help of the supervisor. Creating and maintaining the customer feedback reports in system. Collaborate with other departments to address disputes and discrepancies. Have to comply with 100% compliance. Achieving the day/weekly/month wise collection / call / quality targets. Adherence to the process shift timings. Qualifications: Should have Graduate or undergraduate. Roles & Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across both Ubuntu/Linux and Windows environments. Assist in deploying patches, updates, and system backups. Educate users on IT best practices and security protocols. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Ubuntu & Windows) and related software. Provide support for basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve hardware & Software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Support user account setup, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory and Linux environments. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure. Manage ticketing system, logging incidents and resolutions accurately and promptly. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and configurations. Assist in deploying patches, updates, and system backups. Educate users on IT best practices and security protocols.
