Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across both Ubuntu/Linux and Windows environments. Assist in deploying patches, updates, and system backups. Educate users on IT best practices and security protocols. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Ubuntu & Windows) and related software. Provide support for basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve hardware & Software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Support user account setup, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory and Linux environments. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure. Manage ticketing system, logging incidents and resolutions accurately and promptly. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and configurations. Assist in deploying patches, updates, and system backups. Educate users on IT best practices and security protocols.
