Job Purpose To develop and expand the channel network of dealers, distributors, and vendors for solar products, ensuring strong market presence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term relationships with partners. Key Responsibilities Identify, appoint, and develop dealers, distributors, and channel partners in assigned territory. Build and manage a strong channel sales network to achieve monthly and annual sales targets . Conduct regular visits and meetings with partners to ensure proper support, motivation, and alignment. Plan and execute sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities for channel partners. Monitor stock availability, collections, and partner performance. Train and guide channel partners on solar products, pricing, and selling techniques . Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and share regular feedback with management. Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and compliance with company policies. Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience in Channel Sales / Dealer-Distributor Management Knowledge of solar industry / renewable energy products preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and good in territory management Ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholders effectively Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Master preferred 1–6 years of experience in channel sales (Solar, Electrical, Power, or similar industry) Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Application Question(s): Are welling to work for Field Sales Profile?
