Job Title: Sales Head – Pune (Solar Experience is must)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
CTC: Up to ₹55,000 CTC per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head for our Solar Division at the Pune location. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Solar Field Sales with a proven track record in onboarding and managing dealers, vendors, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer, vendor, and distributor networks in the assigned region.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and provide strategic inputs to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Field Sales.
• Proven experience in dealer/vendor/distributor onboarding and management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with field sales exposure.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
