Suryakamal Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a growing player in the solar energy sector, committed to delivering high-quality rooftop and solar solutions. We are looking for a Project Manager – Solar to join our team and drive smooth project execution with leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Prepare and implement detailed project plans ensuring timely and quality-driven delivery.
• Industry Knowledge: Apply technical understanding of rooftop solar systems to coordinate effectively with the technical team and vendors.
• Resource Management: Manage vendors, employees, and external resources to meet project goals.
• Monitoring & Quality: Track project progress, conduct quality analysis, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Leadership: Lead and motivate dealers and employees for smooth execution of projects.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with field staff, vendors, and report to the Manager/Director.
• Problem Solving: Identify project challenges and resolve them efficiently with practical solutions.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP modules.
• Strong email communication, MS Excel, and data management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team handling and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in Rooftop Solar / Solar Industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹552,000.00 per year
