Tele Caller Executive

A telecaller job involves making and/or receiving phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, gather customer feedback, and provide support or resolve issues. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospects, explaining product features, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining customer records. Essential skills for this role are excellent communication, persuasive speaking, patience, and the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling:Initiating calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain benefits, and generate interest.
• Inbound Handling:Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Sales & Lead Generation:Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and generating leads for the sales team.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building relationships with customers, gathering their feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping:Accurately documenting customer interactions, maintaining customer databases, and updating call logs.
• Target Achievement:Meeting set sales quotas and contributing to the team's overall performance goals.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
