Tele Caller Executive

Required Telecaller for Hospitality Services (THRONES: RESORT & BANQUETS)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls related to restaurant reservations, banquet bookings, and event inquiries.

• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and deliver excellent guest service experience.

• Record and manage booking details accurately in the system.

• Provide complete information to guests regarding menus, packages, banquet facilities, and ongoing offers.

• Coordinate with the restaurant/banquet team to ensure smooth reservation management.

• Handle customer queries, special requests, and complaints with a service-oriented approach.

• Assist in upselling restaurant/event packages to potential clients.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; additional regional languages a plus).

• Pleasant and professional telephone voice.

• Knowledge of hospitality industry protocols (restaurants, banquets, events).

• Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and handle guest queries efficiently.

• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality/restaurant/banquet reservations role.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software preferred).

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
