Job Description:

Position Overview:
As a Tele caller at Rana Infracon, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by contacting potential clients via telephone to promote our real estate offerings and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our properties and services.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather relevant information to qualify them for further follow-up by our sales team.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any inquiries and providing information about our properties and projects.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Follow-up: Follow up with leads at regular intervals to nurture relationships, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
• Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion to contribute to the company's sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
