Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring all customer interactions are professional, friendly, and effective. If you are proactive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping people, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, ensuring all details are updated in the system.
  • Follow scripts and company guidelines to provide consistent and reliable customer service.
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone throughout each call while ensuring a productive outcome.
  • Ensure that all calls are handled efficiently and within company standards for response time.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating customer records and maintaining call logs.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document customer interactions accurately.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Presentable appearance, maintaining a professional image.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate (any stream) or completed a course in Aviation preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
