Job Description

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Telecaller is responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach to support sales conversions and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects and generate leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries received through advertisements, social media, or marketing campaigns.
  • Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and other details clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and complete information.
  • Follow up with interested clients to schedule site visits or meetings with sales executives.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for timely follow-ups and feedback on client interactions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collect and record feedback from prospects to improve communication strategies.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions for product updates and skill enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Hindi, and local language).
  • Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Lead conversion ratio (calls to site visits).
  • Site visit confirmations and attendance.
  • Data accuracy and CRM updates.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
