Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Answer inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details.
  • Follow-up with customers for feedback, renewals, or payments.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Report customer concerns, interests, and trends to the sales/management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Telesales role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in sales-driven environments.
