Digital Scarlett is a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through SEO, social media, paid ads, and innovative online strategies. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team and be the voice of our brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective leads, explain our digital marketing services, and convert them into clients.
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp until closure.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and client details in CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to improve lead quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory).
